Das sind die empfohlenen Schritte und Einstellungen mit HDDRUTIL.APP aus dem HDDRIVER Treiberpaket. Die Verwendung einer Version 10 oder höher wird empfohlen.

Gültig für die Ersteinrichtung von IDE Geräten (z.B. Festplatte, CF Karte) an der Turbo Thunder. IDE Modus: smartswap.

Gilt auch für die Einrichtung eines USB Sticks an der LightningVME.

Auf diese Weise eingerichtete Medien können sowohl am Atari gelesen/beschrieben werden, als auch am PC/MAC.

Hinweise:

1. Das verwendete Betriebssystem des Atari gibt die maximale Partitionsgröße vor. Z.B. TOS 3.06 max. 512MB pro Partition, EmuTOS max. 1GB.

2. Auf einem Medium können auch mehrere Partitionen eingerichtet werden.

3. Wenn der IDE Modus "smartswap" eingestellt ist, dann bitte keine Einstellung "byte swapping" in HDDRUTIL vornehmen.

These are the recommended steps and settings with HDDRUTIL.APP from the HDDRIVER driver package. The use of version 10 or higher is recommended.
