Auf der StormTT und der SuperSTormTT sind jeweils 2 Steckplätze für PS/2 RAM Module vorhanden.
Spezifikationen: 72 Pins, 5V, keine Parität, 60ns oder schneller, FPM oder EDO.
Es können folgende Größen verwendet werden: 16MB, 32MB, 64MB und 128MB (4MB und 8MB Module werden nicht unterstützt).
Es können 2 Module gleicher Größe verwendet werden oder auch gemischt. Sofern nur ein Modul benutzt wird, dann kommt dies in Slot1.
Wichtig ist die korrekte Konfiguration der Modulgrößen über die Jumper J3, J4 und J5.
Auf der SuperSTormTT sind die Einstellungen auf der Unterseite der Platine aufgedruckt.
